We proudly retired from a challenging and very successful 28 year Air Force career in 1980, when we moved to Nevada County with our real estate licenses in hand, ready to begin a second career. We became real estate brokers in 1984. We have found that working as a team is very successful and satisfying, but most importantly, our clients know that they are getting the best professional service possible in their real estate transactions, not by just one experienced broker, but TWO experienced brokers. We pay attention to each detail of a transaction and above all, we stay in constant communication keeping our clients informed of the transaction progress.

Being an Air Force family for 28 years, we have traveled and lived all over the USA. As you can imagine, we have seen many wonderful places to choose as our home, but the best of all was Nevada County. Why? Here are just some of our reasons:
The beauty, friendliness and quaintness are some of the nice traits of a small town community such as Nevada County. The proximity to the mountains, hiking, skiing, fishing, biking, San Francisco, Reno, Lake Tahoe are within 2 hours of where we live. The weather cannot be beat, in our opinion. We have 4 seasons, but nothing in extreme, with gorgeous clear summers and rich, rusts, oranges and gold colors in the fall. We are above the fog and mostly below the snow. (We personally wanted SOME snow so we chose a home at an elevation of 3250, just enough snow to be picturesque, peaceful, but goes away quickly).
We love to hike, back pack and bike so with the Sierra Mountains in our backyard it is easy to take advantage of all of the beautiful areas for our recreational activities. We have one “Classic” car and one “Hot Rod” and enjoy the fun activities associated with that. There is something for everyone here.
